International Culture Federation (ICF) is a federally registered, non-profit organization with deep roots in Canada’s multicultural community. We were originally incorporated in 2015 as the Canadian Multicultural Federation and, in 2016, evolved into International Culture Federation to reflect our broader mission of cultural exchange and global insight-sharing.
